Eric Modyman is an actor, director, and photographer based in Southern California, working across Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. A proud member of SAG-AFTRA, Actors’ Equity Association, and the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC), Eric has spent over two decades bringing stories to life through performance, direction, and imagery.

He studied acting and directing at California State University, Fullerton, and has since built a multifaceted career in professional entertainment — performing as a repertory actor with The All-American Melodrama, puppeteering at Disneyland, creating immersive characters for Knott’s Berry Farm, guiding audiences through Warner Bros. Studios, and inspiring young imaginations with The Imagination Machine.

On screen, Eric’s credits include Colin in Black and White, Hacks, and 80 for Brady. As a stage director, he has helmed acclaimed productions across Southern California, led workshops for the California Educational Theatre Association, and mentored emerging artists through educational programs and guest speaking engagements at Chapman University.

Through Modyman Photography, Eric applies the same collaborative, storytelling-driven approach that defines his stage work — crafting cinematic headshots and production photography that capture authenticity in every frame.

At the core of his work is a commitment to collaboration, creativity, and storytelling with purpose — building connections that remind audiences why art matters.
